When a job is open to the public, all applications for that particular job must be filed at the Iowa Works office by the deadline date on the job posting. No applications will be considered if received at Iowa Works past the deadline date, or did not come to Dubuque County through Iowa Works. Each job opening requires an application for that specific job, as resumes are not held "on file" for notification of job openings. Although all job openings are posted on the Personnel Office bulletin board at Dubuque County Courthouse, 4th floor, 720 Central Avenue, Dubuque, IA 52001-7053 for viewing, all applications must be obtained from and returned to Iowa Works.
