Effective July 1, 2011 there will be a decrease in filing fees for each document/instrument/transaction recorded. This will make the cost to file documents $7.00 for the first page and $5.00 for each additional page. |

Effective May 1, 2011
Due to Federal Regulations prohibiting offices that issue vital records (i.e. certified birth certificates) to also accept passport applications, the Dubuque County Recorder's Office is no longer able to accept passport applications. Applications will now be accepted at the Dubuque County Treasurer's Office |
